Well this is big and very disappointing news.
We know there were a lot of people, us included, looking forward to watching alpha female Sydney Thunder step onto the Absolute mats for some 100% competitive wrestling action. However safety is always paramount, and Ms. Thunder is currently dealing with an injured neck and shoulder, which means competitive action is definitely out of the question.
She has assured us that she looks forward to fighting once she's injury-free, so we wish her a speedy recovery and we look forward to working with her in the very near future.
