Collection: One Hold Challenge Catalogue

Each One Hold Challenge match is 10 minutes in length and features the following:

• a competitive challenge focused on one particular submission hold

• the format and hold are specific to each particular challenge and are included in the description on each match page

• the winner is granted any remaining time to punish their defeated opponent
